Because all items at Purple Peppermint Co are handmade and small-batch, all sales are final and I do not accept returns or refunds.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I’ll make it right.

Fit Issues (Hats & Wearables):
Sizing can vary slightly due to the handmade nature of each piece. Please review sizing information carefully before ordering. If you have questions about fit, feel free to reach out before purchasing. I’m always happy to help.
